A unique Mexican coffee from the Veracruz region (Mundo Maya, lot 7475), harvested at peak ripeness. This honey-processed coffee features an additional anaerobic fermentation stage, resulting in a remarkably sweet, complex, and wine-like character. Expect high sweetness, a sophisticated flavor profile, and the perfect balance that comes from precisely controlled processing. The cup offers notes of dried fruit and citrus, complemented by a delicate winey aroma. It features a medium-high, smooth body and intense fruity acidity. Unflavored coffee, whose flavor profile comes entirely from the type of grain used, country of origin, variety, and processing. Our packaging is compostable, and the labels are made of paper.
