Coffee from the Cenfrocafe cooperative, bringing together many small coffee producers from Northern Peru. This is another one of our organically certified beans. Processed using the washed method, it features notes of dried fruits, honey, and nuts, followed by a clean and pleasant acidity. Unflavored coffee, whose flavor profile comes entirely from the type of grain used, country of origin, variety, and processing. Our packaging is compostable, and the labels are made of paper.
